Imagine a Canadian woodland filled with neutral tones, a bevy of textures, and a romantic backdrop with a vintage bed that looks right at home next to the ruins of a chimney. Jenny of GingerSnap Photography and Heather of of Orange Trunk Vintage Rentals created just that, a whimsical winter land in the heart of the forest that beckons you to wish that winter could last forever.
Words from the photographer –
“The neutral tones mixed with soft hues of blue and grey with pops of camel were meant to mimic the Canadian woods in the winter. The contribution from each vendor created the perfect palette for a woodsy, cozy and romantic feel. The sumptuous fur, tweed and mohair of the wardrobe are the types of fabric that are for touch. The soft airy gown by Miss Hayley Paige that was provided by The Bridal Boutique felt like a light snowfall the way it floated around the bride. The location provided the prettiest backdrop for the furnishings including a stunning vintage iron bed with a backdrop of ruins of a chimney, further enhancing the rustic forest feeling.”
