T oday I am starting over in more ways than one and my heart feels as if it can burst with excitement, love, and the feeling that I have finally found “home”. No longer a bride-to-be and now a happily single lady; a lot has changed within the last year including myself. New dreams that felt like they needed to happen today and not pushed off for tomorrow, an inner peace that only resulted when I learned letting go was braver than holding on, and a love for new beginnings when I embraced just how truly blessed I actually was. Today is the start of a new type of “happily ever after” – one that is filled with both personal and business dreams coming true.
The past year wasn’t spent dreaming of tulle or 5 foot tall wedding cakes anymore even though my job was to do exactly that, throughout the last 365 days I began to fall in love with the heart of a celebration. The toasts, the laughter, the moments – the essence of a love-filled day which is where ADORN began. To create a celebratory field guide for all of life’s little moments where you’ll rediscover the heart of all things pretty.
Providing credits for this post is not enough and I want to personally thank each and every vendor that was involved in creating such a beautiful way to begin ADORN. A million thank-yous to Tiffany Amber for introducing me to some of the absolute best vendors one could possibly ever come to love.
